TOILET SOAP PRODUCTION
The toilet soap finishing processing line is used for production of stamped soap bars. You use soap noodles as starting raw material and mix them with colour, perfume and other minor additives. So you can change individually your product range, what ever your market requires.
This finishing production process is easily to manage and do not effort specific know-how or high investment costs.
It is an economic and efficient way to manufacture a finished product, the soap bars with brand name ambossed for your market.
TECHNICAL OVERVIEW
1. Dosing and mixing unit
Ensures accurate weight control of soap noodles and mixing with colour, perfume and other components in the final soap tablets.
2. Refining and extrusion unit
Assures complete homogenisation of the soap mass by a refining plodder and a 3-roll-mill. The soap in the film form is then processed into a Duplex vacuum plodder to extrude the soap in continous bar form of desired shape.
3. Cutting and stamping unit
Divide the soap cake and stamp it with a stamping machine to give shape and brand name to the soap.
